In the city or beyond, Nature is my starting place.

My mixed media collages explore the idea of “urban nature” by focusing on those places where the natural world meets the city.  The public parks, urban woodlands, community gardens, and Hudson River shoreline in the Bronx are all places of inspiration —places where natural beauty not only persists, but flourishes and heals the stress of urban living.
